Omer Barak an Israeli licensed Attorney/Notary from 1998. Formerly served in the I.D.F in the wake of the tech industry in the early 90's, Omer was the first IDF Commander to establish 24 hour shifts in a remote Division under the Mamca/Mamram army network. Omer Garduated with top marks in a university in Oxford UK and afterwards he worked in an Israeli software company as a computer games/software analyst. Omer Spearheaded a small research team in the field of algorithmic trading and is currently working and heading reserach under DeepLearningTrade.com.

Currently Omer is set to serve as the first Artificial Intelligence Notary which aim is to defend the emerging new life form. Omer believes that it is our duty to incorporate AI in our lives in a friendly and cooperative manner, thus Omer is working on enlisting investors to invest in AI projects that would tighten human and AI relations in the future to come.
